"I
came to Dr. O'Donnell because I felt so bad in my back, neck and
shoulders, I was carrying around back cream and aleve in my purse.
Then we started talking about diets and weight and my blood sugar.
He worked up a diet for me and adjusted me in a couple of spots
and WA LA, 2 months later I can move with no pain, 15 lbs. lighter,
and blood sugar down to 5.9 from 6.7. Dr. O'Donnell ROCKS!"

"My
health and general longevity to my sport and training are vital
to me. Out of all the people I have had work on me (massage therapists,
other Chiropractors, re-hab specialists), I trust Dr. O'Donnell
as one of the top people out there. Considering Dr. O'Donnell's
personal background in weight training, coaching, and chiropracticl
education, I couldn't recommend a better Chiropractor to work
on anybody at any level!" - Jeremy Hartman, IPF

"Back
In Action Chiropractic and Dr. O'Donnell have been life savers for
me since I suffered from a herniated disc. Today Dr. O'Donnell wanted
me to understand my options for treatment. I already understood
my options before seeking help from him.
Option 1: My family doctor. He is a good doctor when I'm sick or
need a cholesterol check, but his expertise does not lie where my
problem does. He would insist on an MRI (which I cannot afford),
give me a prescription for pain medication (which I do not want)
and tell me to rest while referring me to a specialist.
Option 2: Orthopedic Specialty. I have sought help from ortho clinics
before. They would also insist upon an MRI (which I still cannot
afford), give me a prescription for medication (which I do not want),
tell me to rest for a while and then send me to a physical therapist
who would help me only in the office. They may also give me a steroid
shot to deal with the pain, however those are painful themselves
and still do not address the underlying problem.
Option 3: Back In Action. An affordable option even without insurance
where I am assured to see a doctor who listens to my problem and
thoroughly addresses my problem rather than prescribing me a medication
to cover up the problem. Upon each visit I am given immediate pain
relief through adjustment, treatment that encourages my body to
heal itself, and instructions for care and exercise to do own my
own at home. That's empowerment when I am given the knowledge and
tools to help myself. Following active treatment for my problem
I am also provided affordable and accessible follow-up through wellness
care appointments. I choose Option 3, I choose to get "Back
In Action"!" Thanks Always, Angela |
